How to Check Your Status
Step 1: Open Signal
Message our official account: @WebullRelease
Step 2: Ask About Your Status
Send a message like:
- "What is the status of my fund release?"
- "I completed verification. When will I receive my funds?"
- "I haven't started yet. What do I need to do?"
Step 3: Get Your Answer
Our team will respond with your current status and next steps.
What Status Updates Look Like
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Verification in progress | Our team is reviewing your account |
| Deposit confirmed, release in progress | Your verification was successful, funds are being sent |
| Agreement pending | You need to review and sign the mutual resolution agreement |
| Released | Your funds have been sent to your wallet (you will receive a transaction hash) |
| Action needed | We need additional information from you |
If You Have Not Started Yet
If you have not begun the release process, there is no status to check yet. Start by following the release process instructions.
Why No Online Status Tool?
We deliberately do not provide an online status lookup tool because:
- It would require collecting personal information on this portal
- It could be targeted by scammers trying to harvest client data
- Signal provides secure, encrypted communication for status updates
