Our Statement of Accountability

We Take Full Responsibility

We know this has been a difficult experience. You trusted us with your money, and we let you down. For that, we are truly sorry.

In 2025, we discovered critical security failures that led to:

Our operational failure created the conditions that criminals exploited. When you couldn't reach us or access your funds, scammers impersonated our team and used your personal information to convince you to send them money. This was a direct consequence of our inability to maintain secure operations and communicate with you during a crisis.

We take full responsibility for both the initial breach and the conditions that enabled the phishing campaign.

What We Are Doing Now

1. Releasing All Frozen Funds

We are working to release all frozen accounts. Every verification deposit will be returned upon successful release. The process has been moved entirely to Signal for your safety.

2. Moving to Signal for All Verification

Because email, SMS, and Telegram were compromised during the breach, all sensitive verification now happens exclusively through Signal. This encrypted messaging app protects your information from interception.

3. Human-Guided Verification

No client will ever encounter an unexpected deposit request. Our team validates every account before providing verification details and remains present in Signal until the transaction confirms successfully.

4. Mutual Resolution Process

To ensure a clean resolution for all parties, clients receiving released funds will be asked to sign a mutual resolution agreement. This agreement confirms that upon receiving your funds, both parties consider the matter resolved. This is a standard part of the release process and allows us to move forward together.

5. Addressing Phishing Losses

We recognize that some clients suffered additional losses through phishing attacks during the freeze period. A process to address these harms will be established once all frozen fund releases are complete. No action is required from you at this time.

What We Have Changed

To Those Who Have Been Harmed

If you lost funds to phishers, please know: your pain is seen, and your loss matters. We are committed to addressing these harms through a future process. You do not need to prove your victimhood beyond on-chain evidence when that process begins.

If you are hesitant to engage with us again, we understand. Take the time you need. When you are ready, our Signal team is here to assist you with patience and respect.

Moving Forward

We cannot undo the harm done. We can only commit to being worthy of your trust again through consistent, verifiable action. This portal, our Signal channel, and our release process are designed to give you control, transparency, and safety at every step.

Thank you for holding us accountable. We will spend every day earning back the trust we broke.
