Ongoing Scam Warning: Fake Platform & Phishing Campaign
This Is an Active Threat
Clients are being actively harmed by scammers right now. Read this page carefully to protect yourself.
What Is Happening Right Now
There is an ACTIVE scam targeting Webull clients using:
- A fake platform that looks like the real Webull website
- Phishing emails impersonating Webull support
- Fake Signal accounts mimicking our official account
This is ongoing. Clients are being harmed as you read this.
How the Scam Works
The Fake Platform
- Scammers have created a website that looks like Webull
- It may use a similar URL (but NOT webull.dpdns.org)
- It asks you to "verify your account" or "release your funds"
- It steals your credentials or tricks you into sending funds
The Phishing Emails
- You receive an email that looks like it is from Webull
- It may come from an address that looks similar to webull.release@gmail.com
- It asks you to click a link, download an attachment, or reply with information
- The link takes you to the fake platform
The Fake Signal Accounts
- Scammers create Signal accounts with usernames similar to ours
- They message you claiming to be Webull support
- They ask for your information or send you fake agreements
How to Know You Are on the REAL Platform
Verified Real
- The REAL portal is: webull.dpdns.org
- The REAL Signal account is: @WebullRelease
- The REAL email is: webull.release@gmail.com
Fake Indicators
- URLs that are similar but not exact (e.g., webull-release.com, webullsupport.net)
- Email addresses with typos (e.g., webull.reiease@gmail.com)
- Signal accounts with similar but not exact usernames
- Requests for private keys, seeds, or passwords
- Requests to click links in email
- Urgency or pressure to act quickly
