- Tap the chat icon (pencil icon in the bottom corner)
- Search for "@WebullRelease"
- Send this message: "I need to release my funds"
- Wait for a real person to respond — they will guide you from there

Send us a message saying: "I need to release my funds"

- Your last known account balance
- Your receiving wallet address
- Any additional verification details
This information is collected securely through Signal only. We do not collect it on this portal.
Step 4: Receive Your Personalized Details
Our team will provide:
- Your unique verification address
- The exact deposit amount required (calculated based on your account balance)
- Clear instructions for the next step
These details are NEVER sent via email. They come only through Signal.
Step 5: Complete Verification
Follow the instructions provided in Signal. Our team will explain everything before you send anything. You will never be surprised by a request. If anything seems unclear, ask questions in Signal before proceeding.
Step 6: Review and Sign Mutual Resolution Agreement
Before we release your funds, we will present a mutual resolution agreement for your review and signature.
What is this agreement?
- It confirms that upon receiving your released funds, both parties consider the matter resolved

- It allows both you and Webull to move forward cleanly
How does signing work?
- Our team will send you the agreement document through Signal

Important: This agreement is required to receive your funds. If you choose not to sign, we cannot complete the release. We encourage you to ask any questions before signing.
Step 7: Receive Your Funds
Once verification is complete and the agreement is signed:
- Your full frozen balance will be sent to your original wallet
- The verification deposit will be refunded to you
You will receive both your frozen funds AND the refunded deposit.
