How to Know This Is Real

We know you have been targeted by scammers who made things look real. Here is how you can verify this portal for yourself:

  1. Check the web address. It should say webull-llc.github.io/release-portal in your browser's address bar. If it says anything else, do not use it.
  2. Look for the padlock. You should see a small padlock icon next to the web address. This means the connection is secure and encrypted.
  3. Never click email links. If you received an email about this, do not click any links in it. Instead, type the address directly into your browser.
  4. When in doubt, ask. Message @WebullRelease on Signal and ask questions. A real person will answer.

We Take Full Responsibility

Webull experienced a serious security failure. Your funds were frozen. Your personal information was compromised. Criminals used that information to target you with phishing scams. None of this should have happened.

We are not making excuses. We are fixing the problem. Every frozen account will be released. Every verification deposit will be returned. And we have rebuilt the entire process to keep you safe.
